Delete your Duetly account

Applies to: the mobile app Duetly (iOS and Android)

1. In the app (recommended, instant)

You can delete your account yourself at any time:

1. Open Duetly
2. Tab Pair → Account
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom
4. Confirm the deletion

This permanently removes your account, your display name, your swipes/likes, and your membership in a shared pair. Matches your partner still wants to keep remain on their side — your own data is removed.

2. Without the app

No longer have the app installed or lost access to your account? Just email us:

Tell us the email address you signed up with. We'll delete your account and associated data within a few days and confirm by email.

3. What gets deleted

• Account (email address, login credentials)
• Display name
• Your swipes, likes and skips
• Your membership in a shared pair
